Contact us by email or phone with the address of the property you are referring. If you can provide the owner's name and email address or phone number, that will speed up the process.

After receiving your referral, we will run our due diligence on the property and let you know if it fits our buying criteria. If we go forward with the purchase, we will update you with a closing date for the property.

Once the property has officially closed, we will notify you that your $1000 finder's fee is ready! We can pay with PayPal, CashApp, or check.
